Cara will always call Texas Home! Joining the real estate business in 1990, she realizes   patience is key in her profession developed from living overseas encountering many cultures, thus Cara has developed lots of it. Her attention to detail in her mission to educate buyers and sellers exemplifies how much Cara cares about her customers as individuals and focusing on meeting their needs through a positive experience.  Recognizing a first-time home buyer's need for explanations can be different than those purchasing second, third, even tenth homes.   Whether watering the potted flowers by the front door or utilizing her skills as an accredited Home Staging Expert, by transforming clients home often with their own belongings and a few tweaks or additions., she is committed to meeting her customers' needs.  With the belief that it is important to customize her work for each client, Cara develops strong relationships, not only with her clients, but also with her colleagues in the real estate profession in any city or country that she visits or resides in.    One area which I am working to develop is families purchasing homes in Bryan-College Station, whether for their students or themselves, as the realization that some Aggies want to retire closer to their "Aggie Home".  

"I have seen the real estate business develop from MLS transforming to the internet and paper copies and faxes of offers and contracts to DocuSign and emails, not to mention, ads for homes and open houses from local newspapers to social media.  Through it all, my goal is to provide all clients with personal service and an informative process to make their best decisions."
