Jennifer Fredericks is the best of the best. And yet, despite having such a large client base, she is always there for us when we need her, even for the little things. It's as if we were her only clients. I really don't know how she does it. I don't know how she manages to be there for us right when we need her. And she will go above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied with our home experience. We have had an ongoing relationship with her for the last 3 years. She sold us our first home in 2009. It was a challenging experience and we were nervous. But she was always calm and confident and always professional. Now she has helped us embark on the experience of becoming Landlords by helping us rent out our property. Again, she is always professional and yet easy going and friendly as well. We see her not just as our Realtor, but kind of our coach and mentor as well. It has always been a pleasure to work with her and we plan to keep working with her as long as we have any Real Estate investment in the BCS area!
